Superb New Year's Eve dinner and party in a beautiful rooftop setting. The black-tie attire created an elegant ambiance. Compliments to the chef for the very good gourmet meal, each course was skillfully prepared and presented. The staff was attentive, and we had a nice time. I'll recommend Nh Collection for a stylish evening.

This hotel has a prime location, surrounded by fabulous Madrid restaurants, close to Retiro park, and within walking distance to all the highlights of the city. The rooms are spacious and have luxurious bathrooms with delightful amenities. The service is excellent, providing a high level of attention to the guests. The breakfast is scrumptious and offers a great variety of local products. the rooftop bar is a perfect place to enjoy cocktails and admire the stunning view of the city.
The hotel lacks attention to detail and some staff members seem disinterested in assisting guests.

The central location was perfect for exploring the city and we were within walking distance of all the major attractions. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service.
The initial entering of the room was a bit cramped and could have been better organized for a more comfortable stay. The lack of hooks in the sofa and bathroom made it inconvenient to hang our belongings.

Location, facilities, and staff were excellent. In the heart of the city, this hotel offered easy transportation and was close to all attractions in a great walking neighborhood. The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, always with a smile ready to assist.
